He channeled his experiences into art as a medium of activism, using creativity to spark dialogue, inspire change, and influence public discourse. Today, he stands not only as an accomplished artist but also as a respected contributor in public policy, geopolitical research, and community service.
His policy journey includes serving as a Geopolitics Youth Fellow at the Impact & Policy Research Institute, New Delhi, and as a Policy Research Fellow at Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC). Internationally, he has worked as a Global Youth Advisor with the Global Youth Advisory Council under Art of Health, Zimbabwe, in collaboration with the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. His research credentials are further strengthened by his association with UNESCO’s Inclusive Policy Lab, the Society of Gender Professionals, and the International Institute of SDGs & Public Policy Research.
He frequently creates impactful videos to highlight social injustices and pressing public issues, such as his awareness-driven content on Delhi’s deteriorating air quality.
Tanuj has represented India at the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Abu Dhabi, served as a UN Delegate at the UNFCCC Subsidiary Bodies Conference through YOUNGO, and actively contributes to climate action via ACE–YOUNGO and the Commonwealth Youth Climate Network. His accolades include the Kentucky Colonel Commission, Karmaveer Chakra Award (2024), International Children’s Peace Prize Nomination (2022), and the Billion Acts Peace Award from PeaceJam Foundation, USA.
